Yacht2 Confidentiality policy

Yacht2 website is committed to client confidentiality, according to guidelines:

Information sent through the website, will be solely used for the purpose it was initially sent by client. No personal information will be forwarded to a third party, without written consent from the client.

1. Under no circumstances clients' personal details such as email address or resident address (excluding city), will be forwarded by Yacht2 administrator team, without client's written approval. Unless obliged to do so by law or as a result of a legal procedure, when information is relevant and requested.
2. Unless stated otherwise, personal details sent by clients through the website at the time of registration (profession, marital status etc.), may appear on the website. This will serve as a tool to assist Yacht2 members to identify and familiarize with one another.
3. Unless stated otherwise by client, Yacht2 website administrators are entitled to forward accumulated information concerning Yacht2 users, to third party.
4. As part of market analyzing, clients' personal details may be used.
   None the less, no specific personal details will be forwarded to third party, as specified in paragraph 1.
5. If desired, client has the right to remove himself from Yacht2 database. This request should be sent to Yacht2 administrators.
